F1® 2021 is no longer available for purchase on Steam — there are no purchase options listed on the store page. This is standard practice for the annual F1 series, where each year's edition is eventually removed from sale as newer titles take over. The game launched on July 15, 2021 and received a solid run of post-launch content updates during its active season. Notable additions included the Portimão circuit (September 13, 2021), the Jeddah circuit (November 15, 2021), and the F2™ 2021 season content (December 6, 2021). The December 6, 2021 patch appears to be the last meaningful content addition for the game. Subsequent news posts on this game's Steam page shifted focus entirely to promoting successor titles — F1® 22 (announced and released mid-2022), F1® 23 (announced March 2023), and F1® 24 (promoted February 2024). No further updates or content for F1® 2021 itself have been communicated since December 2021.
