Softscale has maintained a strong and consistent update cadence throughout Early Access. Major public builds have shipped roughly every 6-12 months: v1.6.0 (October 27, 2023), v1.7.0 (May 7, 2024), v1.8.0 (April 15, 2025), and v1.9.0 (January 22, 2026). The game is still early in development, and will be expanded to support additional species for the player and partner, larger world environments, anthro partners, and more!
