Granblue Fantasy: Relink launched on January 31, 2024 and received several waves of post-launch content through May 2024, adding new playable characters and quests. The major expansion Endless Ragnarok launched on July 9, 2026, bringing six new playable characters, new mechanics, and a total roster of 29 characters. All 31 DLC items currently listed on the store are released.
However, on September 17, 2026 — today — the developer announced that six purchasable character outfits will begin releasing in December 2026, coming in batches of two. Free updates will also accompany these costume releases. The specific characters receiving outfits have not yet been named. This is a direct developer announcement of unshipped paid content, confirming that additional content is still on the way.
The developer also posted a development status update on August 14, 2026 confirming the team is actively working on balance adjustments and improvements, and has been posting regular patches since the Endless Ragnarok launch. The game remains in active post-launch support with explicitly announced future content.

Granblue Fantasy takes place in the Sky Realm, a world where myriad islands float in a great blue expanse. Assume your role as the captain of a skyfaring crew, joined by a scrappy little dragon named Vyrn and a young girl with mysterious powers named Lyria. Together you sail with a colorful cast of crewmates, including kings and misfits alike, for Estalucia, a fabled island beyond the end of the skies.
In the Zegagrande Skydom, islands are guarded by powerful creatures known as primal beasts and winds carry tales of a secretive organization known as the Church of Avia. Unveil a web of intrigue reaching far beyond the borders of Zegagrande and engage in a battle for the fate of the Sky Realm itself.
