A spooky, freeware RPG where you search the afterlife for your brother. Reap ghosts with your scythe, explore haunted caves, and eat ghostly treats on your journey through death.
Grimm's Hollow launched on October 30, 2019 as a free, self-contained RPG. The developer shipped one post-launch update in December 2019 (v1.1) adding a casual mode, minor content, and bug fixes. The only DLC ever released — Grimm's Hollow: Pocket Goods — is an artbook/fan pack that shipped on June 9, 2021. That post also served as a heartfelt thank-you note to the community, with no mention of future game content, updates, or expansions. There has been no developer communication of any kind since June 9, 2021. The game was described from the outset as "a short and sweet RPG experience," consistent with a finished, self-contained product. With no unreleased DLC, no announced future content, and a developer who has been silent since June 2021, the game is complete as of the Pocket Goods release date.
