Guns N Zombies launched out of Early Access on October 30, 2014. The developer released one DLC — N'Aliens — on June 2, 2015, which added a new character class, five story levels, a new weapon type, and a boss. That DLC is the only paid content ever listed for the game, and it has been available since June 2015. Following the DLC launch, the developer issued several bug fix and maintenance patches through January 20, 2016, which appears to be the last update to the game itself. After that, the developer's public communications shifted entirely to new projects: a Steam Greenlight submission in February 2017 and the release of a separate game called Caligo in September 2017. There have been no posts about Guns N Zombies since January 2016 — no roadmap, no announcements of further content, and no developer statements about ongoing plans for the game. With the sole DLC fully released, no unreleased content listed on the store, and the developer's attention clearly directed elsewhere since early 2016, the game is complete.
