Heroes of Might & Magic V: Hammers of Fate

Heroes of Might & Magic V: Hammers of Fate is an expansion pack for Heroes of Might & Magic V, released in November 2006 (the Steam listing shows an October 10, 2008 date reflecting when it was added to Steam). The expansion shipped as a complete, self-contained content package — 15 new campaign missions, a new Dwarves faction, new heroes, spells, maps, buildings, and game features like Caravans and a random map generator. There is no post-launch content roadmap, no DLC listings, and no developer statements indicating further content was ever planned for this expansion. The only recent developer activity is a maintenance patch from July 4, 2025, which added language support and security improvements to the base game and both add-ons. This patch confirms Ubisoft still maintains the title technically, but it is purely a maintenance update with no content implications. Hammers of Fate launched as a finished product and has been content-complete since its original release.
