Homefront: The Revolution launched on May 17, 2016 and received a full slate of post-launch content over the following year. The Expansion Pass (DLC-1) covered three story DLC chapters: The Voice of Freedom (September 28, 2016), Aftermath (November 9, 2016), and Beyond the Walls (March 8, 2017). Several smaller cosmetic and content packs also shipped in July 2016. All nine listed DLC items have been released.
Critically, the developer explicitly identified Beyond the Walls as "our third and final DLC" in both the February 14, 2017 Spring Update announcement (NEWS-2) and the March 6, 2017 launch post (NEWS-1). This is a clear, direct statement from the developer that the planned content cycle was complete. The last developer communication of any kind was the Beyond the Walls launch post on March 6, 2017, and no further content or updates have been announced since. The game has been content-complete since Beyond the Walls shipped on March 8, 2017.

Story
Four years into the brutal military occupation, America is on its knees.

A living, breathing, open world responds to your actions - you and your Resistance Cell can inspire a rebellion on the streets and turn Occupation into Revolution, as oppressed civilians take up the fight.
But your enemy has the advantage - superior technology, firepower, heavy armour and air support. You must learn the art of guerrilla warfare – ambush, sabotage, infiltration, deception – and fight a running battle through the war-ravaged suburbs of Philadelphia.
And the single player campaign is just the start – in Co-Op you and your friends can form your own Resistance Cell and become renowned as Heroes of the Revolution.
