Idle Heist launched on June 8, 2018 as a free-to-play idle/clicker game. The developer posted a flurry of updates around launch, including a note on June 16, 2018 announcing Mac and Linux support and teasing "a large content update coming within the next couple of weeks." That promised update appears to have been the one and only planned content addition referenced by the developer — and no subsequent posts, patch notes, or content releases appear in any of the available records after that date. There are no unreleased DLC listings, no roadmaps with outstanding commitments, and no developer communications of any kind after June 16, 2018. With over eight years of silence since the last post, the game launched, received one small post-launch patch (Mac/Linux support), and all developer activity ceased. The game shipped as a compact, finished product and no further content has been communicated or delivered since June 2018.

Hire and upgrade your crew in order to help you earn money faster. Utilise your crew's abilities for maximum earnings while online.

Start by earning $1 per click and work your way up through upgrades and skills to potentially TRILLIONS and more dollars per click!
This is the perfect game to play when you don't want to pay 100% attention or want to do something else in the meantime.
Hire over 25 different crew members to aid you in your quest to beat the system and loot all of the money from the grand vault. Each crew member is unique and will provide a different amount of help depending on their level. Upgrade your crew members for maximum profits.
Your crew will continue the heist even while you are away! They will deposit what they have taken from the vault into your account whenever you return! The higher your crew's skills, the more you will earn while offline. Increase your offline multiplier by buying your crew members custom masks which will help them to be more undercover whilst you are away. This is the ultimate cover-up while you are away from the game!
