Idle Heroes: Odyssey officially released on June 10, 2021 (version 1.0.1), graduating from its earlier Early Access period. The developer, OnigiriStudio, was consistently active with feature patches throughout 2020 and into 2021 — shipping updates roughly every few weeks during that period. However, all 36 developer news posts are classified as feature patches or bug fixes, and the most recent post on record is from July 23, 2021 (version 1.0.3). That post addressed minor UI tweaks and a bug fix, and no developer communication of any kind has appeared since that date. There are no unreleased DLC entries — all three DLC items (Jennifer, Eagle, and Forrester) shipped in 2020–2021 and are marked as released. The developer has made no announcements of future content, roadmaps, expansions, or ongoing plans after the July 2021 patch. The absence of any developer communication since July 23, 2021 — nearly five years before today's date of June 25, 2026 — strongly indicates that development has concluded. The game appears to have launched as a complete product at version 1.0 with no further content additions planned or delivered afterward.
