Lily's Well

Lily's Well is a free-to-play pixel horror game that launched on January 3, 2022. The developer (PureIceBlue) has been actively maintaining and expanding the game since launch, shipping content updates including new endings, costumes, and quality-of-life improvements. A significant content update arrived on October 13, 2023 (the "Friday the 13th Update"), which added a new alt ending, costumes, a new item system, and expanded the bonus art book DLC. The most recent developer communication was a bug-fixing patch on February 1, 2024. The only DLC — the Lily's Well Bonus Pack — was released on December 29, 2021, and contains digital extras (art, wallpapers, a behind-the-scenes PDF) rather than game content. There are no unreleased DLC items listed on the store. In July 2023, the developer released a celebratory animated video ("Lily's Birthday: A Lily's Well Afterstory") as a thank-you to the community, closing that announcement with "Until the next game, thank you for everything!" — signaling that attention was shifting to other projects (specifically the Lost Cartridge series, announced in December 2022). The developer has not announced any further content planned for Lily's Well, and no new posts have appeared since the February 2024 bug fix patch. The game launched as a complete, self-contained experience and has received post-launch additions, with the last substantive content arriving in October 2023 and the last developer communication on February 1, 2024. No future content has been announced, and the farewell tone of the July 2023 community video further supports that the game's content cycle has concluded. The February 1, 2024 bug fix patch is treated as the final confirmation of an actively maintained but content-complete game.
