Mechanic Escape launched on Steam on April 15, 2014 as a complete platformer with 80 levels. After launch, the developer added windowed mode on April 28, 2014 in response to player requests, then released a Mac version on May 7, 2014. Those two post-launch updates represent the entirety of developer activity after release. There have been no developer communications, patches, DLC, or content announcements of any kind since May 2014. The store description presents the game as a self-contained package with a fixed level count and no mention of planned expansions or ongoing content. The game launched and was supported briefly with a platform port and one quality-of-life patch, then development concluded. No DLC was ever listed. This is a complete, finished product.
