Meltdown

Meltdown launched on Steam on June 5, 2014 after a brief Early Access period. Following launch, the developer shipped two notable feature updates: version 1.6 on December 18, 2014 (adding local multiplayer and online deathmatch), and version 1.7 on June 9, 2015 (adding Oculus Rift VR support). The June 2014 launch post mentioned that "free content will keep coming," but this was followed by exactly two more updates, with the last official communication from the developer dating to June 9, 2015. There has been no developer communication of any kind since that date — over a decade of silence. No DLC has ever been listed for the game, no roadmap or future content was announced after the VR update, and the store description reflects only the features already present in the game. The game appears to have launched as a compact, finished product that received some post-launch additions before the developer ceased active work on it.
