Evaluation

MXGP 24: The Official Game launched on November 28, 2024 as a complete licensed racing title covering the full 2024 MXGP championship season — 20 official tracks, 50+ riders, and a career mode. All five DLC items (cosmetic Fox Racing gear packs and a sticker livery editor) were released on launch day, leaving no unreleased content on the store. The developer shipped two post-launch patches in December 2024, with the final update on December 23, 2024 addressing physics improvements, AI reworks, and bug fixes. On July 20, 2026, the developer announced MXGP 26: The Official Game, a fully new entry in the series targeting October 2026 — confirming the studio has moved on to the next game in the franchise. No further updates, DLC, or content have been announced for MXGP 24. This title follows the standard annual licensed sports game model: a complete snapshot of a single championship season, now superseded by the next installment.
