The developer navigated a significant disruption in April 2026 when their former publisher Nacon went insolvent, requiring them to take over platform operations themselves. They communicated this transparently and resolved it: content delivery continued with the Endurance Classics Part 1 DLC (May 21, 2026), the Ford Mustang GT3 car (June 2, 2026), the free Coast to Coast Update adding Laguna Seca and Sebring (June 11, 2026), the Touring Classics Part 1 DLC (June 25, 2026), and a companion app overhaul (July 16, 2026).
