Evaluation
Nauticrawl launched on September 16, 2019 as a fully realized, self-contained atmospheric adventure game. Following launch, the developer shipped several patches through late 2019 and early 2020 addressing bugs, performance, quality-of-life improvements, and localization — adding Russian and Simplified Chinese support in May 2020. There is no DLC listed for the game, no roadmap was ever published, and no future content was ever announced.
The developer's last communication about Nauticrawl itself was in May 2020. The June 2021 post tagged as major content is actually the launch announcement for a separate, standalone VR game called "A Rogue Escape" — a spiritual successor set in the same universe but sold as its own product. That post does not indicate any additional content coming to Nauticrawl.
The developer's pre-launch post from September 2019 describes Nauticrawl in terms that suggest it was always intended as a complete, self-contained experience ("a design loop closing"). With no DLC, no announced future content, and no sustained post-launch update cadence beyond maintenance patches, Nauticrawl launched as a finished product and remains complete.
Evidence
Last official Nauticrawl update: Russian and Simplified Chinese localization added. Developer mentions working on 'new things' but nothing was ever announced or released for this game afterward
Developer describes Nauticrawl as a complete creative vision ahead of launch, framing it as a fully realized game experience — no mention of post-launch content plans

About this game

In a grasp for salvation with sentinels closing in, you've stolen a Nauticrawl. You check the radar, turn a few knobs, press some buttons… then you realize
I don’t know how to move this hunk of metal...
If the pursuing forces or the crushing atmosphere don't kill you first, the Nauticrawl - designed to be piloted only by the ruling elites - just might. This instrument, your only hope of survival, could also be your demise.
With the right amount of experimentation your escape plan just might succeed. Pull levers, redirect power, hack devices, uncover communications, try anything and everything.
You've heard the rumors. You know many have died doing what you're doing. But as the corners of the story pull back and you learn your way around the consoles, you just might get off this wretched rock.
Nauticrawl unfolds through turn-based exploration, as you puzzle out how everything fits together. Begin each run anew, but bring with you what you’ve learned along the way.
Think it through. Make mistakes and experiment.
You can do this.
