Evaluation
NEKO-NIN exHeart +PLUS Saiha is a standalone mini-sequel visual novel that released on November 17, 2017. Its only DLC — an 18+ adult content patch — shipped on October 5, 2018. No further DLC has been listed or announced for this specific title since then.
The news posts associated with this game's Steam page are largely cross-promotional, covering other entries in the NEKO-NIN franchise and Whirlpool's other titles (such as Slobbish Dragon Princess 3 and the more recent NEKO-NIN exHeart SPIN! LOVE+PLUS). None of these posts announce new content for +PLUS Saiha itself. The franchise remains active as of November 27, 2025, but that activity is directed at other entries in the series, not this one.
With the sole DLC released, no unreleased content listed, and no developer communications announcing future additions to this specific game, +PLUS Saiha appears to have shipped as a complete product. Its content has been finished since the adult patch released in October 2018.
