Evaluation
NEKO-NIN exHeart +PLUS Nachi is a standalone mini-sequel that released on November 2, 2017. It has exactly one DLC — an 18+ adult content patch — which shipped on October 5, 2018. No further DLC has been listed for this specific title, and no developer posts announce any additional content planned for it specifically.
The news activity associated with this Steam page is largely cross-promotional, covering other entries in the broader NEKO-NIN franchise (such as exHeart 2, exHeart 3, and the SPIN! LOVE+PLUS fandisk announced in November 2025). None of these posts announce new content for +PLUS Nachi itself. The franchise remains active as of late 2025, but that activity is focused on separate, distinct releases — not additions to this title.
With its sole DLC shipped and no announcements of further content for this specific game, +PLUS Nachi is a complete, self-contained release. Anyone waiting for all available content for this title has had everything since October 5, 2018.
Evidence
The only DLC for this title — an 18+ adult content patch — was released on October 5, 2018. No unreleased DLC is listed.
Store description presents the game as a self-contained mini-sequel focused on the character Nachi, with no mention of planned updates or additional content.
