月圆之夜 (Night of Full Moon)

Night of Full Moon launched on July 25, 2019 as a single-player roguelike deck-builder and has since grown into a multi-mode live game receiving near-constant updates. The developer went through a serious financial crisis in November 2022, publicly disclosing staff departures and the studio "struggling on the edge of survival" — but rather than shutting down, they restructured and resumed development at pace. The subsequent three-plus years of output have confirmed that the crisis was overcome. The game now operates across several active modes: the Classic single-player mode, Mirror Duel (a competitive seasonal PvP mode), the Wishing Night and Mirror Memories modes, the new "Treasure Battle" / 秘宝对決 single-player adventure mode announced June 2, 2026, and a brand-new CCG 1v1 battle mode that launched April 16, 2026. The 9th Anniversary update — due to launch on September 25, 2026, just nine days from today's assessment date — was announced on September 15, 2026. It introduces a new single-player Classic Mode class (the "Demon Hunter"), a new PvP faction ("Elements"), a new hero ("The Storyteller"), an all-new 1v1 "Arena Mode," and Season 13 "One Thousand and One Nights." This is one of the most substantial content drops in the game's history, and it hasn't even launched yet. The store DLC listing still shows one unreleased entry: "Night of Full Moon – Hunter of Destiny (Classic)," which has no release date and has not yet shipped. This confirms further single-player content remains in development. The pattern of multiple named seasonal updates per year — Season 8 (June 2025), Season 9 (September 2025), Season 10 (December 2025), Season 11 (March 2026), the CCG mode (April 2026), and Season 13 (September 2026) — alongside continuous DLC releases and now an unreleased DLC on the store, establishes this firmly as an ongoing live game with no end to development in sight.
