NOeSIS Ⅱ originally launched on February 25, 2023 as a complete visual novel with approximately 250,000 words of story content across four chapters and multiple endings. On February 18, 2026, the developer released a major HD Remaster — rewritten from the ground up on the Ren'Py engine — adding 1080p visuals, Steam achievements, improved UI, and enhanced audio features. Crucially, that same announcement explicitly listed a "DLC system" as an upcoming feature, signaling the developer's intent to release DLC for the game.
The developer has remained active since the remaster's release: a bug fix patch shipped on February 19, 2026, another on February 27, 2026, a feature patch on March 1, 2026, and a further bug fix on July 24, 2026. Most recently, on August 8, 2026, the developer posted a birthday celebration announcement that also confirmed work is underway on native PC versions of both NOeSIS 01 and NOeSIS 02 (the remastered editions), with a future cloud play feature also teased. This confirms the developer is actively engaged with the NOeSIS series and this title specifically. No DLC has shipped or been listed on the store yet, but the developer's own announcement from the remaster launch makes clear that DLC is planned.
