PowerSlave Exhumed

PowerSlave Exhumed is a port of a classic 1990s console game, released on February 10, 2022. It launched as a complete, finished product — a faithful recreation of the original PlayStation and Saturn versions with modern technical enhancements (widescreen support, gamepad support, updated graphics APIs, etc.). There is no DLC, no season pass, no roadmap, and no announced future content of any kind. Since launch, Nightdive Studios has issued three maintenance patches: the first on March 12, 2022 addressing a broad collection of bug fixes and quality-of-life improvements, a second on July 13, 2022 adding surround sound support and fixing collision issues, and a third on August 13, 2025 resolving display and sprite rendering issues. These updates are purely corrective — keeping the existing game running well — rather than adding new content. The most recent patch on August 13, 2025 confirms Nightdive is still maintaining the game technically, but there is no indication of any new content being developed or planned. This game shipped as a complete package on day one and has received only maintenance support since. Anyone waiting for "all the content" already has it.
