RAD launched on August 19, 2019 as a complete roguelike action game. Following launch, Double Fine shipped two feature patches in September and October 2019, the most recent being the October 16, 2019 patch which added new quirks, items, weather patterns, and world tiles. That October 2019 patch is the last recorded developer communication and content update for the game. Both DLC items are released: the Arcade Style Pack (August 19, 2019) and the Original Soundtrack (February 9, 2021). No DLC is listed as unreleased, and there are no developer announcements of additional content, expansions, or future updates. The store description makes no mention of planned content, battle passes, or seasonal content. The developer went silent after October 2019 in terms of content — the soundtrack release in February 2021 was the last store activity, but no accompanying developer communication announced further content plans. With no outstanding commitments, no unreleased DLC, no announced roadmap, and no developer communication about future updates since October 2019, the game is complete as shipped. The October 18, 2019 patch represents the final content update to the game itself.
