Relic Dudes graduated from Early Access to its full 1.0 release on November 27, 2024, marking the culmination of a development journey that included numerous updates across 2023 and 2024. The 1.0 launch post described the release as "the culmination of countless updates, improvements, and ideas" and added a substantial amount of new content — new relics, a new map, a new boss, a new character, and new monsters. Importantly, the 1.0 launch post did include a forward-looking note: "this is far from the end of our journey. We will continue to monitor feedback and explore ways to enhance the experience. Expect quality-of-life changes and improvements." However, this language is vague and does not constitute a commitment to specific new content — it references only quality-of-life changes and monitoring feedback rather than announcing named DLC, expansions, or a post-launch content roadmap. Following the 1.0 release, the developer shipped two maintenance and feature patches (v1.0.1 on December 1, 2024, and v1.0.2 on January 18, 2025), covering performance improvements, anti-cheat measures, and settings additions. There have been no developer communications of any kind since January 18, 2025 — over five months of silence. No DLC is listed on the store. No roadmap or named future content has been announced. The game launched as a complete package with no outstanding content commitments, no unreleased DLC, and no sustained post-launch major content cadence (only one major_content event exists in the news history, which was the 1.0 launch itself). The two post-launch patches are maintenance in nature and do not establish a pattern of substantial content additions. With silence extending from January 18, 2025 onward and no announced future content, the game is best assessed as complete.
