Evaluation
Resident Evil 6 launched on Steam on March 21, 2013. All post-launch activity was concentrated in the weeks immediately following release: Capcom issued an apology post on April 2, 2013 addressing technical issues, released a free wallpaper pack as a goodwill gesture (April 2, 2013), and pushed a feature patch on April 5, 2013 that added Left 4 Dead 2 character support to the Mercenaries: No Mercy mode along with bug fixes. That April 5, 2013 patch represents the last substantive content added to the game.
All five DLC items listed on the store are released — four multiplayer mode packs (Siege, Predator, Survivors, Onslaught) and the wallpaper set. None are marked unreleased, and no season pass or future content was ever announced.
The only developer communication after 2013 was a January 24, 2022 notice informing players that Windows XP, Vista, and Windows 7 would be dropped from the supported OS list as of April 24, 2022 — a routine compatibility housekeeping notice, not a sign of new content.
The game launched as a complete, self-contained single-player and multiplayer experience. Post-launch activity was limited to a brief stabilization period in April 2013. No additional content has been announced or delivered in the years since, and Capcom has made no statements suggesting further development is planned.
Evidence
Final feature patch added Left 4 Dead 2 characters to Mercenaries: No Mercy mode and fixed bugs — the last substantive content update to the game.

About this game
Blending action and survival horror, Resident Evil 6 promises to be the dramatic horror experience of 2013. Resident Evil favorites Leon S. Kennedy, Chris Redfield and Ada Wong are joined by new characters, including Jake Muller, to face a new horror, the highly virulent C-virus, as the narrative moves between North America, the war-torn Eastern European state of Edonia and the Chinese city of Lanshiang.
With four distinct, yet interwoven story threads, each with their own pair of protagonists for either solo or co-op play, both offline and online, not only will Resident Evil 6 deliver both different perspectives and gameplay styles but, with the introduction of the innovative Crossover mechanic players will be able to team up and share the horror. At key moments during the game, up to four players can join together online to tackle a specific situation, with some stages seeing the usual partnerships swapped to further increase the depth of gameplay.
