Reign of Dwarf (listed on Steam as "rod (removed)") is no longer available for purchase — it has been removed from the Steam storefront with no purchase options available. The game launched into Early Access on November 30, 2023, as a free-to-play multiplayer survival game. It received a handful of updates through early 2024, including a major content update in December 2023 and a transition to a free-to-play model in January 2024. However, on March 28, 2024, the developer (AnkleBreaker Studio) posted a community announcement effectively signaling the end of Reign of Dwarf's development. In that post, the team announced a brand-new game called Mithrall, described it as a fresh start built on lessons learned from Reign of Dwarf, and offered existing Reign of Dwarf buyers a free copy of Mithrall upon release. There have been no further updates or communications about Reign of Dwarf since that March 2024 post. The game has since been delisted from Steam.
