Evaluation
Rome: Total War™ - Collection is no longer available for purchase on Steam. The game originally released on August 28, 2007 as a bundle containing Rome: Total War and its Barbarian Invasion expansion. It has since been delisted from the storefront with no purchase options remaining.
The developer's most recent communications, from March and April 2021, were focused on announcing and launching Total War: ROME REMASTERED — a separate, modernized version of the game developed by Feral Interactive (released April 29, 2021 on a different Steam page). This suggests the original Collection was likely retired in favor of the Remastered release, though Creative Assembly made no explicit statement about the Collection's delisting within the available news posts.
Evidence

Creative Assembly announced and launched Total War: ROME REMASTERED as a separate Steam product, directing players to a new store page. This is the most recent developer activity associated with this title.
