Royal Revolt Survivors launched into Early Access and followed a structured roadmap of milestone updates before graduating to its full 1.0 release on March 16, 2026. During Early Access, the team shipped three major milestone updates: Milestone #1 on November 20, 2025 (new warrior variations, weapons, and features), Milestone #2 on December 16, 2025 (a new Viking Village expedition map and more content), and Milestone #3 on February 12, 2026 (the Open Desert map and additional content). The 1.0 launch post on March 16, 2026 explicitly states that the game "completed its final milestone on our roadmap" and left Early Access — the developer described this as the conclusion of the Early Access journey. The 1.0 update added the Enchanted Woods, the final new region in the game.
