Temtem: Swarm left Early Access and launched its 1.0 version on April 2, 2026, after roughly 16 months of Early Access development. The 1.0 release was a comprehensive content update that added two new playable Temtem (Venx and Chromeon), a new procedurally generated Arena (the Evershifting Tower), Lumas, Umbras, the Tempedia, and the Prestige System — rounding out what the developer described as "the complete version of Temtem: Swarm." Following the 1.0 launch, Crema released a series of bug-fix hotfixes (patches 1.0.1–1.0.4 in April 2026) and a feature patch on May 13, 2026 (Patch 1.0.9) that added a screen-shake setting and various bug fixes.
