Shadow Fight Arena launched on Steam Early Access on October 29, 2025, bringing its long-running mobile fighting game to PC with cross-platform progression. The Steam Early Access flag remains active. The game operates as a live service, with the developer continuously adding new content at a high cadence. New heroes are being released regularly — Nonna was announced in November 2025, and Shogun entered the Arena on July 11, 2026. Balance patches have been published frequently throughout the game's Steam lifespan, with the most recent on August 5, 2026 (just nine days before today). On November 27, 2025, the developer published a detailed "State of the Game" post laying out a broad roadmap of ongoing and future work: improving the hero roster with higher-quality designs, reworking the ranked seasons and leaderboard system, building out clan features, expanding regional availability (including a planned full China release in 2026), and improving the Story mode. This post makes clear that the developer views the game as being at the beginning of a new phase of growth following the Steam launch, not approaching any kind of conclusion. All available evidence points to a game in robust, active live-service operation with significant content and feature development still planned and underway.
