System Purge

System Purge launched on April 5, 2022 as a complete, self-contained 2D platformer featuring 7 distinct sectors and a finished story. The only DLC ever released is a standalone soundtrack (May 10, 2022) — no gameplay content, patches, or expansions have been added post-launch, and the store description describes a fully realized, finished experience with no mention of future updates. On July 31, 2024, Actual Nerds announced a demo for a separate upcoming title called System Purge: Hollow Point (Steam App ID 2009160), which is a distinct product with its own Steam listing. That demo and wishlist campaign relate to a follow-up game, not to any new content being added to the original System Purge. A sequel in development does not constitute planned content for the base game. The original System Purge shipped as a finished product and has received no post-launch content updates of any kind. It is complete as originally released.
