Teeworlds is a free-to-play open-source multiplayer game that has been on Steam since August 24, 2015. The development team shipped four versioned releases tracked here: 0.7.1 (December 12, 2018), 0.7.2 (December 25, 2018), 0.7.3 (April 20, 2019), and 0.7.4 (December 23, 2019). The last of these — version 0.7.4 — is the most recent official communication from the developer, dated December 23, 2019. That is over six years ago as of today (June 27, 2026), with no subsequent announcements, patches, or developer posts of any kind. No unreleased DLC exists in the store listing, and the developer has made no announcements of future content or planned updates. The store description presents the game as a complete, community-driven multiplayer experience with no indication of ongoing development. Given the complete absence of developer activity since December 2019 and no outstanding commitments, the game appears to have reached its final shipped state with version 0.7.4. As an open-source project, community-driven development may continue outside of Steam, but the developer has made no official communications about further updates.
