Tower of Babel: Survivors of Chaos launched as a full 1.0 release on May 26, 2026, after approximately one year in Early Access. The 1.0 release was substantial — adding a new character (Skullcrusher), three new floors (19–21), a final boss, raid content, and new game systems. The developer has been clear that the 1.0 launch is not the end of development. On February 24, 2026, they published a detailed 2026 expansion roadmap stating that "1.0 isn't the finish line — it's the foundation," and listing specific planned post-launch content: new hero classes, new challenge content and systems, a Reincarnation system, additional DLC, and console versions for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation, and Xbox (targeting Q3 2026). They also announced a spin-off title, Tower of Babel: Chain of Greed. On June 2, 2026, just days after launch, the developer posted a thank-you update confirming they are "preparing ongoing updates including new content, system improvements, balance adjustments, and more." Since then, they have continued delivering: the Turbo Run Update (version 1.1.0) shipped on June 25, 2026, with substantial gameplay changes, and Patch 1.1.1 followed on July 28, 2026, adding a new event code redemption system alongside bug fixes. The most recent developer communication is dated July 28, 2026. Both current DLC items (the Supporter Pack released November 26, 2025, and the Golden Dragon Pack released May 26, 2026) are available, but the developer has explicitly stated additional DLC is planned as part of ongoing post-launch support. Monsters infest every floor, and you have limited weapons and gear at your disposal with language barriers surrounding you. Despite these obstacles, your sole aim is to reach the summit, pushing yourself to acquire items and grow stronger.

COLLECT, EQUIP, AND PREVAIL

At the start of the game, hordes of monsters converge to claim your life. Defeat them and earn experience to unlock new skills and upgrade your abilities. Craft a unique build using various combinations to overpower the monsters.

Collect items dropped after defeating enemies. For rare items, slay more monsters and ascend to higher floors.

Take the looted gear to the lobby to inspect, equip, and upgrade. With high-grade items and random abilities, infinite growth is achievable. Equipping new weapons and armor will also alter your character’s appearance.
