Evaluation
Uebergame is a free, open-source multiplayer shooter developed by a single developer (Duion). It released on Steam on October 26, 2015 and received a healthy run of major content updates through its history: version 1.0.4.0 (January 2016), 1.0.5.0 (April 2016), 1.0.6.0 (July 2016), 1.0.7.0 (December 2016), 1.0.8.0 (April 2017), 1.0.9.0 (May 2017), 1.1.0.0 (September 2017), 1.1.1.0 (January 2018), and 1.1.2.0 (December 14, 2018). That last update — which added a Battle Royale game mode and four large-scale maps — is the most recent developer communication of any kind. Across 22 total news posts, 12 were major content releases, establishing a consistent pattern of updates roughly every 2–6 months. However, that cadence ceased entirely after December 14, 2018. No updates, announcements, patches, or developer communications of any kind have followed in over seven years. The developer has not announced future content, a roadmap, or additional plans. The store description notes the game "could/should have been labeled as early access" but explicitly says to "deal with it" — acknowledging it as a continuous work in progress by nature, not as a specific commitment to future content. Given the complete absence of any developer activity since December 2018 and no outstanding announced content, the game is effectively complete at version 1.1.2.0.
Evidence
Version 1.1.2.0 released, adding a Battle Royale game mode and four new large-scale maps. This is the most recent developer communication of any kind.
Version 1.1.1.0 released with three new tropical Pacific-themed levels.

Some additional notes for all who actually read the description:
-This is an indie game and developed by mostly one person (me).
-This game does not use Unity or Unreal engine or any products bought from asset stores.
-This is an experimental volunteer project and not a final product, but a continous work in progress.
-This could/should have been labeled as early access, but I pressed the wrong button, so this option is gone now, deal with it.
-This project is an attempt to bring back the good old days.
-This is the attempt on offering an alternative for those who want one, if you are happy with the current commercial aaa titles, this game here is likely not for you.
