Wars and Roses

Wars and Roses launched on January 21, 2022 and received a burst of post-launch updates through early March 2022. The developer shipped feature patches on January 23, January 24, January 27, February 6, February 22, and March 10, 2022, each adding new dating scenes and fixing bugs. The only DLC — an Adult Expansion Pack — released on January 24, 2022 and is the game's sole additional paid content, now fully shipped. On January 24, 2022, the developer published an ambitious roadmap outlining plans for new missions, minigames, wardrobe features, survival mode, and biweekly content updates. However, this roadmap was contingent on first polishing existing content, and all developer communication stopped entirely after March 10, 2022. No further patches, announcements, or developer posts have appeared since that date. The January 24, 2022 roadmap described plans that were never delivered — no survival mode, no new missions on a biweekly cadence, no in-game roadmap system was ever implemented. The developer went silent more than four years ago (last post: March 10, 2022) with no explanation, and none of the promised features appear to have shipped. Given the complete absence of any developer communication since March 10, 2022, and with no unreleased DLC on the store, the game's content as it currently stands appears to be its final state. The promised roadmap content was never delivered, and the developer has shown no signs of returning to the project.
