Wick launched on December 17, 2015 as a finished survival horror game. After launch, Hellbent Games shipped one free content addition called "No Way Out" on May 13–14, 2016 (with the Mac version following on May 18, 2016), adding new scenes, story elements, and enemies. A minor patch (1.01) followed on May 17, 2016 to fix small bugs in the new content. The Mac launch on January 12, 2016 and a feature patch on January 14, 2016 round out the post-launch activity. The most recent developer communication of any kind was on May 18, 2016 — nearly a decade ago. No further content has been announced, no unreleased DLC is listed on the store, and the developer has made no statements suggesting additional updates are planned. The game launched as a complete product and received one free content expansion before development concluded.
