World of Final Fantasy launched on Steam on November 21, 2017. Its only post-launch content was the MAXIMA Upgrade, a paid expansion that added new Champions (including Zack, Y'shtola, and Noctis), new mini-games, additional Mirages, new dungeon challenges, boss battles, side quests, and a Nightmare difficulty mode. The MAXIMA Upgrade was released on November 6, 2018 and is the sole DLC listed for the game — and it is fully released. There have been no developer communications about any further content, no roadmaps, no unreleased DLC entries, and no announcements of additional expansions or updates. The last developer news post of any development significance was the MAXIMA launch announcement on November 9, 2018. Square Enix has made no statements suggesting additional content is planned. The game shipped as a complete single-player RPG and the MAXIMA expansion concluded its post-launch content cycle. The store description lists all bonus creatures as included with the game, consistent with a complete package. This game is considered content-complete as of the MAXIMA Upgrade release date of November 6, 2018.
