You Will Never Get This Achievement launched on January 10, 2018 as a self-contained casual clicker game — a small, complete package priced under $1 with 99 achievements. The store description makes no mention of future updates, expansions, or additional content. The only post-launch activity for this specific game was a handful of bug fix hotfixes in 2018, the last of which was on July 24, 2018. Since then, the developer (Maximilian Ritters) has moved on to releasing other independent projects — Kingdom Clicker, There are no Armadillos in this game, Tiles and Towers TD, and most recently Idle Pixel Fantasy on September 22, 2025 — but none of these represent new content for You Will Never Get This Achievement. The game launched as a finished, intentionally minimal product and has received no content updates since 2018. It is complete as shipped.
