Evaluation
Age of Wonders: Shadow Magic is a classic fantasy strategy game that originally released in 2003 and came to Steam on October 12, 2010. It is a standalone, complete package — a finished product with a full campaign, standalone scenarios, multiplayer, and built-in editing tools. There is no DLC, no post-launch content roadmap, and no indication that Triumph Studios ever planned additional content for this specific title after its Steam release. The only developer news post on the Steam page, from May 28, 2019, is a promotional announcement for an entirely different game in the series (Age of Wonders: Planetfall) and has no bearing on the content status of Shadow Magic itself. The game shipped as a complete product and has remained that way.
Evidence

The only developer news post is a promotional announcement for Age of Wonders: Planetfall, a separate game in the series. It contains no information about Shadow Magic's development or future content.
