Bokida - Heartfelt Reunion launched on May 17, 2017. After launch, the developer shipped a feature update on August 7, 2017 adding new content (an in-world echo tracker, new gateway exploration, and a special reward for completionists). On October 9, 2017, a further update added Chinese language support, and that post mentioned "other content updates planned in the future." However, the store description describes a self-contained experience with no indication of ongoing content cycles, there are no unreleased DLC listed, and the only DLC is the soundtrack which released on launch day. The last developer communication of any kind was on October 9, 2017 — nearly nine years ago as of today. The vague mention of future content in that October 2017 post was never followed up with any announcements or releases, and the extended silence strongly indicates the game's content development concluded around that time.
