DED launched out of Early Access on March 3, 2017, adding a Survival Mode at that time. The developer's post-launch activity was fairly brief: a DLC fix on November 26, 2017 is the last recorded update to the game itself. A March 2019 news post was simply an announcement for an entirely separate game (Coloring Game), not new content for DED. The developer explicitly cancelled the originally planned paid DLC (DED:Versus) back in February 2017, redirecting those levels to a planned sequel (DED 2). The only DLC that shipped was the free "Collection Edition" donation pack, which has been released since February 2017. No content has been announced or shipped for DED since the November 2017 bug fix, and no roadmap, unreleased DLC, or developer statements about future DED content exist. The game launched as a compact, self-contained shoot'em up and is complete as shipped.
