Disney Infinity 3.0: Gold Edition

Disney Infinity 3.0: Gold Edition launched on Steam on December 9, 2016 as a comprehensive bundle including all Disney Infinity 3.0 playsets and characters — effectively the complete collection of content from the Disney Infinity franchise. The store description explicitly markets this as a fully unlocked package ("all Disney Infinity Characters and Playsets Unlocked"), which is consistent with a complete, finished product rather than a game receiving ongoing content additions. Disney Infinity as a franchise was officially discontinued by Disney in May 2016 — before this PC Gold Edition even launched. The Gold Edition release on Steam was essentially a digital port of the complete content library, not an ongoing live game. The only post-launch activity was a single patch on December 17, 2016, which unlocked Zootopia characters and added offline mode support alongside performance fixes. There have been no developer communications of any kind since December 17, 2016, and no content has been announced or released in the nearly ten years since. This game shipped as a complete, self-contained package with all content included, and the franchise it belongs to has been formally shut down. There is no further content planned or expected.
