Evaluation

DMT: Dynamic Music Tesseract launched out of Early Access on December 14, 2018. At that point, the developer explicitly stated they were not done and intended to keep developing the app — and they followed through with a strong series of major updates throughout 2019: a major update in April 2019 adding new modes and an in-app music player, V2.0 in August 2019 with four entirely new modes and reworked audio, and a further major release in September 2019 with additional modes and quality improvements. The last developer communication on record is a January 2, 2021 post, where the developer mentioned having spent the prior year rewriting over 80% of the app and was soliciting beta testing before a full release of that overhaul. That post represents the most recent public-facing developer activity. Since January 2, 2021 — now more than five years ago — there have been no further news posts, announcements, or developer communications of any kind. The developer's 2021 post signaled active, enthusiastic development at the time, but the sustained silence since then indicates that development has wound down. There are no unreleased DLC listings, no outstanding roadmap commitments, and no developer statements about future content. The historical update pattern (roughly every few months in 2019, then a major rewrite revealed in early 2021) has not produced any further releases. Given the extensive silence since January 2, 2021 and the absence of any outstanding commitments or announced future content, the game appears to have reached its completed state with the updates culminating around early 2021.
Evidence
Developer revealed they had spent the past year rewriting 80%+ of the app and was releasing a beta for community testing before a full release. This is the last recorded developer communication.
