Electro Ride Prologue is a free-to-play demo/sampler for the full game, Electro Ride: The Neon Racing. It launched on May 30, 2020 and received a series of bug fixes and feature patches through early 2021, culminating in a "Big Update" on January 27, 2021 that overhauled the prologue structure, added cutscenes, a boss fight, and a new career mode — described at the time as the 20th update. That January 2021 update represents the last meaningful development work on this prologue. The most recent news post associated with this app (May 28, 2026) is a promotion for a completely separate game by the developer ("Do You Even Forklift?"), not new content for Electro Ride Prologue. The store description's purpose is to funnel players toward the full Electro Ride: The Neon Racing game, and there are no announced or unreleased DLC, no roadmap, and no developer statements indicating any further updates are planned for the prologue itself. The prologue was a finished, self-contained demo as of its final content update in January 2021.
