Evaluation
Evil Genome launched on August 7, 2017. In the weeks following launch, Crystal Depths Studio was very active, shipping a rapid series of patches addressing bugs and quality-of-life improvements throughout August and early September 2017. The only DLC released — a Soundtrack pack — shipped on September 8, 2017, and all DLC listed in the store has been released. Developer communications ceased entirely after September 8, 2017, with no posts, patches, announcements, or roadmaps issued at any point after that date. There is no announced future content, no unreleased DLC, and no developer statement indicating plans to continue updating the game. The game appears to have shipped as a complete product, received its post-launch polish pass, and concluded development in September 2017.

About this game
Evil Genome was made by Crystal Depths Studio. It is a 3D horizontal wasteland adventure game (Metroidvania). It supports single-player and combined elements with wasteland world exploration, platformer, strategic combat and role development. You can use both ground and aerial skills, escape from barrage, fight with your enemies and collect game elements to develop your character. The story takes place in the 23rd century. You're under the orders of TLS organisation. Your mission is to investigate and eliminate those colonies which decalred their independence. During the adventure, you have to face to forces of different areas. Please enjoy this story!
