Evaluation
Granny Simulator has been in Early Access since April 17, 2019. The developer (a solo developer, Nick Kestle) was quite active in the first several months after launch, shipping multiple updates through late 2019 — including new maps, weapons, multiplayer improvements, and a Halloween-themed level in October 2019. After November 28, 2019, however, all activity ceased for nearly four years. The developer then returned on September 2–3, 2023 with a new multiplayer level and a hotfix addressing connection and performance issues. Since September 3, 2023, there has been no further communication of any kind. The game remains in Early Access with no announced 1.0 release target, no roadmap, and no stated plans for future content or completion. Given the pattern of extended silence, the lack of any 1.0 or completion announcement, and the absence of any developer communication since September 3, 2023, the future of development is unclear.

About this game
In Granny Simulator there are two players, a feeble old grandmother and her lovely grandson. The grandmothers objective is to complete her every day routine while the grandson utilizes uncanny violence and pure brutality to stop her.
The grandmother can find items around her house to help fend off her grandson while she completes her objectives.
The grandson can also find objects around the house to throw at his grandmother. Some of the objects are locked in containers that require keys to be opened which can be found around the map.
