Haven

Haven launched on December 3, 2020 and received a series of post-launch updates from The Game Bakers. The first content update, "Sweet Little Things," shipped on September 30, 2021, adding new costumes, a music player, an art gallery, and quality-of-life improvements. The most substantial update arrived on March 3, 2022: a free "Couple Update" that added the option to play as a same-gender couple, a significant undertaking that required new character models and re-recorded dialogue across 80,000 lines. This was the last major content addition to Haven. Since March 2022, the developer's attention has clearly shifted to their next game, Cairn. The June 2024 announcement post, the December 2024 demo launch, the updated demo in October 2025, and the full launch of Cairn in January 2026 are all posted to Haven's news feed, reflecting The Game Bakers' studio-wide communications channel. On December 5, 2025, the developer published a post marking Haven's fifth anniversary, noting the team was "all hands on deck to finish Cairn" — a clear signal that Haven's own development had concluded and no further work was planned. All three DLC items (the soundtrack, a bonus music track, and a digital artbook released November 21, 2024) are released. There are no unreleased DLC entries and no announced future content for Haven. The game launched as a complete narrative experience and received its final meaningful content addition in March 2022.
