HEARTBEAT launched on December 12, 2018 as a complete top-down RPG. The only DLC ever released was the official soundtrack, which came out on December 10, 2018 — effectively simultaneous with the game itself. Following launch, the developer shipped two patches: v1.11 on December 29, 2018 and v1.20 on June 25, 2019. Both were bug-fix and quality-of-life patches addressing issues in the existing game content. The last developer communication of any kind was the v1.20 post on June 25, 2019. No further updates, announcements, roadmaps, or new content have been posted since then. No unreleased DLC is listed on the store. The developer has never announced any additional content beyond the base game and soundtrack. With no post-launch content additions and over six years of silence since the final patch, the game launched and completed as a finished product.
