LOST EPIC launched into Early Access in June 2021 and officially released on July 28, 2022 after a one-year Early Access period. During Early Access, the developer shipped two major content updates: a large Ver1.2 update on December 22, 2021 (adding new areas, weapon limit breaks, and new characters), and the story-completing Ver1.3.0 update on May 21, 2022 (adding the final area, The Abyss, and the full game ending). The full release on July 28, 2022 brought additional end-game content accessible after the main story conclusion, along with balance changes and the EARTH'S DAWN collaboration character.
After the full release, the developer continued with feature patches and bug fixes through April and May 2023 (releases 1.02 and 1.02.1), with the most recent developer communication on May 19, 2023. The developer noted in the full release post (July 28, 2022) that an arena mode would not be included but expressed a hope to "deliver the arena in some other form in the future" — however, this was framed as an aspiration rather than a firm commitment, and no further announcements or updates have followed since May 2023.
All DLC listed on the store (a mini soundtrack and a digital artbook & soundtrack bundle) are released. There are no unreleased DLC entries, no announced future content, and no roadmap pointing to additional updates. The post-launch update cadence — consisting primarily of balance patches and bug fixes after the 1.02 update — shows no indication of further major content. The developer has been silent since May 19, 2023, which is consistent with a game that has reached the end of its post-launch support cycle. The game shipped as a complete product with a full story arc, New Game+, and end-game challenge content.

Combine attacks and Divine Skills to create a satisfying combo
Each weapon has its own unique move「Divine Skill」. You can customize your knight by combining your favorite Divine skills. By activating your Divine skill at the right moment, you can take down an enemy and deliver massive damage.
Create your own character build using skill points
You can further advance the battle by upgrading the character stats according to the weapon you often use. Focusing on specific stats and creating a strength, skill or magic build will also be effective in advancing your quest.
Complete quests and earn rewards
Completing quests given from the many characters will progress the sub-story, and earn rewards for the player. Certain quests require you to fight against enemies known as the Elite. Defeating the Elites can give you powerful rewards.
Craft items to better your exploration!
When you start to say to yourself,「Where are my medicines」「To many debuffs」, try acquiring materials through cultivating or fishing and craft items! If you find some enemies difficult at times, a good preparation could save you. That is not all, throughout Sanctum, there are hidden items that will surely help you in your venture. Search the corners that tickle your senses and you may find something.
