Make Your Kingdom launched on January 20, 2022. In the months following launch, the developer was active — shipping a series of feature patches and balance updates through early 2022, and releasing one notable content addition: a pack of Asian-style building appearance variants on March 14, 2022. The last recorded developer communication of any kind is the Update 1.16b feature patch on April 22, 2022. Since that date — now over four years ago as of June 2026 — there have been no further patches, announcements, or developer posts of any kind. There are no unreleased DLC entries on the store, no season pass, and no developer statements about future content. The post-launch update activity ended in April 2022, and no content commitments were ever made beyond what was already shipped. The game appears to have launched as a substantially complete product, received a period of post-launch polish, and then concluded development.
