Megapolis launched on June 15, 2016 as a self-contained casual city-building game with a fixed campaign of 24 scenarios and custom scenario play. The store description describes a complete, finite product with no mention of planned expansions, DLC, or ongoing content additions. There are no DLC listings of any kind.
Developer activity since launch has been limited to technical maintenance: a significant engine and platform modernization update shipped on April 16, 2024 (v1.2.5), followed by a small translation and API cleanup patch on January 23, 2025 (v1.2.6). Neither update added new gameplay content — they focused on keeping the game running well on modern hardware and operating systems. The developer has made no announcements about future content, roadmaps, or expansions at any point in the game's history.
This is a finished product that launched complete in 2016 and has since received only periodic technical upkeep. Someone waiting for all content would have been able to play the full game since its release date.
