Monster Girls and the Mysterious Adventure launched on March 20, 2020. The developer shipped two major content versions in quick succession after launch — Ver 2.00 on March 20, 2020 and Ver 3.00 on April 18, 2020 — followed by a series of bug fix and localization patches through August 1, 2020 (Update 3.08), which is the last recorded developer communication. The post-launch activity was focused on polishing the game and adding English and Chinese language support after the developer lost their original translator contract. No new content has been announced, no DLC exists on the store, and there are no unreleased items or outstanding commitments. The game appears to have launched as a complete, self-contained roguelike RPG. Developer activity ceased as of August 1, 2020, with no further posts or updates in nearly six years. There is no indication of planned additional content.
